  • Each bathroom will have 1 additional roll of toilet paper and hand soap dispenser.
• Child friendly – Toys, books, puzzles for kids of all ages. Appropriate size dinnerware. Crib and high chair available upon request at booking.
• Full use of washer and dryer in basement laundry area.
• Pool Table, couch and Flat Screen Smart TV in unfinished walkout lower level.

We know that you are on vacation and don’t want to be spending your final hours cleaning when you already paid a cleaning fee! All we ask is that you do a few simple tasks and message us to confirm your checkout so that we can give our cleaning team the all-clear.

• Please leave dirty towels in the bathtub on the main floor
• If you used any beach toys, life jackets, or other outdoor equipment, please return them to their original storage spot.

• Return any moved furniture to its original location
• Ensure all windows are closed and doors are locked
• Generally leave the house tidy
